Jesus commanded his followers to take the gospel of salvation into all the world. We believe that Christians still have that responsibility today. So, by prayer and giving we help to support Christian work and witness in many parts of the world, including Taiwan, Kenya, S America, Thailand, Nepal, Bangladesh, Mexico, Sri Lanka, North Africa and Chad. We also encourage our members to support the work of TearFund, a Christian relief organisation, and that of Wycliffe Bible Translators, believing that all people have a right to the Bible in their own language. At home, we support the work of Scripture Union, UCCF and the Christian Institute as well as other home mission work and activities.
