In a large church it is not easy to know who to confide in. As well as the staff, there is a team of volunteers who have been carefully chosen to offer listening and support. They are mature Christians, accountable in this service to senior staff, willing to pray and learn together, and open to further training as appropriate. They have a broad range of experience.
